Crystal Cove Fireline and RPDA Retrofit

The duration on the project was 40 working days. The project consisted of the installation of 1300 lf of 12” c900, 300 lf of 8 inch c900, four wet tap installations and two 8 inch RPDA retrofits. The pipe was installed within the Crystal Cove apartment complex, our work are was limited to 20’ to properly maintain a fireline in the event of an emergency. The owner was adamant that the residents have full access to there apartments 24/7.

With careful planning and coordination acme underground was able to construct the project with minimal impact to the residents.

In addition, the owner had no asbuilts for existing utility locations. With the experience of our employees, we where able to locate over 30 unmarked utilities without causing a loss of service to any residents. As a result acme underground was able to complete the project ahead of the owners schedule and within budget.
